34 miles off the coast of Bald Head Island N.C., Hurricane Dorian is pouring over Frying Pan Tower. Located in the southernmost end of the feared “Graveyard of the Atlantic”, the tower features a live web cam to watch the storm cross it’s path. It also features a shark cam.
Frying Pan Tower is located at the end of Frying Pan Shoals, where over 130 shipwrecks have been discovered. It’s no wonder this now privately owned Bed and Breakfast is nicknamed “the world’s most dangerous hotel”.
