The mad scientist…aka Randy… found the perfect solution for safe social distancing during this year’s Halloween trick or treating and the kids LOVED it! A 10-foot section of 3-inch PVC, a couple of homemade PVC stands and a butt-load of white cheese cloth…and voila!!
